Note that we only rent locally, meaning that you must pick up and drop of at our place of business in Rapid City, South Dakota (or we can bring to you within city limits). Items may be picked up or delivered after 4:00pm the day before the rental and returned or picked up by 10:00am the day after the rental period or additional daily charges will be incurred (exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances). Rates apply to Sundays and holidays as pickups and returns are available for those days. All days after 2 days of rental are at the 3rd-day rate (i.e., one-half price). A deposit will be required equal to the replacement cost of the equipment (see table) or the renter must provide proof of renter's insurance for an amount equal to or greater than deposit amount. Deposits and anticipated rental payment must be made to PayPal. Deposit will be returned when items are returned in working condition. Please contact us if you have questions, comments, or requests.
